1. Submit a request

Click here to access our request a quote page, or email sales@biosampleconnect.com. If you're not sure about your request, call 862-261-2084 for assistance from a BSC representative.

2. Receive a Quote

You will receive a detailed pricing proposal that outlines the cost per sample, post-collection processing specifics, the donor data you'll receive, and the expected turnaround time.

3. Initiate the Project

We’ll start preparing any required reagents, consumables, and recruitment materials. If the project involves banked samples, we’ll promptly begin preparing them for shipment.

4. Receive Your BioSamples

Once collected, sample data is collated and sent for review prior to the biosample shipment, allowing you the chance to remove/add-on donors as needed. This does not apply to whole blood or leukopaks shipped for overnight delivery as the data arrives with the fresh sample.

What if I want biosamples from a specific country, such as the US?

Kindly inform us of your desired country of biosample origin, and we'll collaborate exclusively with clinics and hospitals in that particular region.

Do different biosample origin locations have different pricing?

They might, but not in every case. During the quote process, your BSC representative will review all possible price points with you.

Is there a difference in sample quality from country to country?

BioSample Connect evaluates all biosample providers to verify they adhere to the rigorous quality standards anticipated by our clients.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

Regardless of the sample origin, shipping costs are calculated based on the client's distance from NJ, while BioSample Connect covers the expenses related to global procurement.
