What is required of the client during a project?

After the proposal details have been reviewed and finalized, BioSample Connect only needs a PO from our clients, and we'll take care of everything else.

What is the average collection timeline?

Timelines are heavily dependent on donor inclusion and exclusion criteria. However, for the majority of non-rare conditions, we can recruit and collect between 10 - 30 donors a month. 

How are shipping logistics handled?

Batch shipment schedules will be decided by the client during project setup. Shipment costs are passed through and billed separately to that of the service quote.
